Die 4. New Brunswick Legislative Assembly vertrat New Brunswick zwischen dem 8. Februar 1803 und 1809.
Die Versammlung stand zur Freude des Gouverneurs von New Brunswick, Thomas Carleton . Carleton verließ die Provinz 1805 und die Kolonie wurde nach seiner Abreise von einer Reihe von Kolonialverwaltern regiert.
Amos Botsford wurde als Sprecher für das Haus ausgewählt.
