Cook Islands Sports and National Olympic Committee (CISNOC) (IOC-Code: COK ) ist der Dachverband für den Sport auf den Cookinseln und sein Nationales Olympisches Komitee .
Ursprünglich 1943 als Rarotonga Sports Association gegründet, wurde die Organisation 1960 zur Cook Islands Sports Association. 1986 wurde sie vom Internationalen Olympischen Komitee anerkannt und in Cook Islands Sports & Olympic Association (CISOA) umbenannt. Im Jahr 2002 änderte es seinen Namen in Cook Islands Sports & National Olympic Committee. Als Lotto 1992 auf den Cookinseln eingeführt wurde, wurde es zur Finanzierung von CISOA verwendet, wobei 35 % des Umsatzes an die Organisation gingen.
