Biografie
Ball wurde in Moberly, Missouri , geboren und ist Absolvent der University of Central Missouri und der University of Missouri . Er ist mit Diana verheiratet und hat zwei Kinder.
Karriere
Während des Studiums gespielt Ball Zentrum mit der Central Missouri Mules Fußballmannschaft. Später diente Ball als Head Strength and Conditioning Coach der Missouri Tigers Football-Mannschaft von 1982 bis 1989. Von dort verbrachte er zehn Spielzeiten bei den Kansas City Chiefs der National Football League , zunächst als Assistant Strength and Condition Coach und später als Administrative Assistant to der Cheftrainer. 1999 wurde er Senior Football Administrator der Minnesota Vikings . 2001 wurde er Director of Football Administration der Washington Redskins . Von 2002 bis 2007 arbeitete er bei den New Orleans Saints , zunächst als Senior Football Administrator, später als Vice President of Football Administration. Er wurde am 13. Februar 2008 in seine Position bei den Packers berufen.
